What did you just say?

I don’t think anyone has ever accused me of being one who uses four-letter words…until now. It wasn’t until recently that I woke up and realized an exhilarating fact. There are a couple of four-letter words I absolutely love using. In fact, several of them drive me from the moment my eyes open in the morning. I would dare say that they define who I am.

Yes, I let them fly when fear comes in and when I recognize lack. Plug your ears if you can’t handle them, but I have found that as they roll off my tongue, everything changes. The truth is, fear has to go when I speak and release love. I don’t have to remain in fear, nor do I have to live tied up in lies that the enemy of my soul uses to sabotage my days. Lies and lack (different four-letter words) have to leave when I realize that my good God has made His full resources available to me. I can walk in confidence that He has made me free. In Him, I have life. To be more specific, not just life but life that is full and free. I am defined by Him— by His full free life (of) love. There, I said them, all four in a row.

Those four-letter words coexist with power, which can transform situations, change emotions, dispel inferiority, and define identity. They have the ability to reform thinking, beliefs, and ultimately the way I walk about my day. Together they transform from the inside out and enable me to leave behind destructive thinking and limiting beliefs. They are powerful because they point to the very essence of who my Good Father is. He is love. He is life. He is fullness. He is freedom.

I am happy to speak those powerful words over my life and would love to hear you speak them over your own life. It’s not often someone says that about a four-letter word, but I give you permission. Let them fly! Don’t be shy. Let them push out the other four-letter words like fear, lies, and lack. Don’t just see them coming off your tongue. Interact with them by interacting with God the Father, Jesus, and His Spirit of truth. I promise that if you allow your heart and mind to encounter Love, you will see change. Watch your ability to let go of lack by stepping into heaven’s perspective, which says you are made to live fully loved and free.

Words are powerful, and when spoken with expectancy and authority, they are extremely powerful. Often words spoken match the longings in your heart. There is no better longing and no greater utterance than for the One who created us to experientially know the completeness of who He is. When we speak His name, we release all of who He is into our every day life.

  • Do you need your health restored? Open your mouth and speak God’s truth into your situation by declaring life over your body as you invite the Healer to restore it.

  • Do you need resources? Push away doubt and instead declare God’s fullness and abundance are available now as the Provider comes to open up doors that have been shut.

  • Do you need the fears and worries controlling your thoughts to leave? There is a God of love who can break off the lies that have bound you. He will bring peace and wholeness to your mind.

Rest assured, no fear, anxiety, addiction, disease, diagnosis, weight, or worry can overpower my God. He is what His Word says He is. He is love, life, fullness, and freedom!

“And God showed His love for us by sending His only Son into the world so that we might have life through Him.” I John 4:9

“I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.” John 10:10

“If you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives.” John 8:32
